For one, this book is written by someone like us, and the author makes no bones about tht fact. Body Re-Engineering by Hugo Rivera is one book which you can easily identify with, because it is written by a person who was born with a not so good physique, who went through all the wrong ways of losing weight, came to the conclusion that he was doing wrong, researched a great deal on the great correct ways of losing weight and presented it to us. The result is this book. We are sure many of you might have already done all to lose as much weight as possible, as fast as possible. This book is a good respite from the techniques that don’t work and instead give you simple ways that do.
