Shawn Lebrun's 7 Things You Must Do To Gain Weight program is something that I heard about often from my friends and colleagues. I did my own research and read a few articles here and there. Lebrun's articles really interested me and I thought that he really knows what he’s doing because I found him well informed and conversant with his work. His articles also showed that he’s educated and good at writing. Considering all of this I took this ebook and thought it will help me gain weight. But I have to admit that I was disappointed with this work as I really expected a lot and was let down by Lebrun.

Lebrun has put in the basics of gaining weight in this work but then he’s left it to that. His simplified approaches are really helpful but then at the end of the e-book, I kept thinking, “Is that it?”

Lebrun has pointed out several diets and requirements necessary for gaining weight. His training approach for muscle gain is also noteworthy and helpful but still I felt something lacking. In my opinion his weight gain prescription is right but that doesn’t provide anything more than money’s value.

Lebrun’s technique allows readers to keep it simple and without stress. This is a great philosophy as unless we get the basics right we often tend to complicate and overdo things. Muscle-building is a gradual process and must take its own course without over complications. Getting the fundamentals right is the first step to achieve anything and it applies in the case of gaining weight too, as indicated by Lebrun in this book.

Some of Lebrun’s points are very basic and indeed helpful but I always felt there’s more to be learnt and achieved. Lebrun, being an expert should have gone into the details of gaining weight rather than keeping it to the superficial level. Anyone paying money to an expert would like to attain the best results but in this case I was left wanting for more. Lebrun doesn’t divulge the details that would have enabled me to be better prepared than any other average guy who’s trying to gain weight and so I definitely feel this book and program is a dissapointment.
There are several training aspects that help to gain weight easily. But Lebrun never pushes himself or the reader into these details and that’s a major flaw in this program. Quality weight can also be put on by post-workout nutrition or other such features but Lebrun sticks to the fundamentals which get so frustrating after sometime. I feel it would have helped me a lot if these weight gain details were taken care of by Lebrun in this program.

The program does provide bonuses such as one month of online personal training, shot to win free supplements, and an audio recording of a tele seminar and such other nominal stuff which is common to other programs too but the main thing lacking was the in depth training.
Overall I can say that Shawn Lebrun's 7 Things You Must Do To Gain Weight program is a let down and just a ploy by him to gain market. Lebrun has come out with other e book/programs which is helping him in marketing his work but has no real value. The only noteworthy work of his is the - Simple Steps to Get Huge and Shredded. Lastly I’d say that there are several other e books/programs available in the market that would help one put on weight and it would be sensible to go in for them. And as for Lebrun I think he must come out with one comprehensible work rather than several superficial ones.
